The challenge
VIC Tech needed to manage business data more deliberately, pay closer attention to privacy in its data practices, and find relevant tenders and prospective clients. Keeping research and data work consistent takes clear, repeatable processes.
What I worked on
I helped with data management and privacy-minded handling, and built scraping and automation workflows to support tender discovery and client-acquisition research. The workflows surface information for the team to review; people remain responsible for checking relevance and deciding what to pursue.
Evidence and limits
This is a founder-described account of the work. I do not have verified public figures for tender wins, pipeline, revenue, or measured privacy-risk reduction, and this work is not presented as a privacy certification or legal compliance audit.
